Despite the clash with a State of Origin match we attracted 22 players for tonight's battle.
Amir Tehrani was drawn (again) as the jackpot but, sticky to the rugby theme, failed to convert.
To clarify a question that came up tonight. We play by "legal moves" but also by "legal actions". An example of an illegal action might be, say, to pick up the dice before the opponent has finished or, say, failing to put a hit checker on the bar. All illegal moves or actions should, if noticed by either player, be corrected immediately. If both players have had one or more rolls before the illegal move or action is noticed then such action stands.
Scores were very close tonight as seen from the results.
1st place Jim Bean
2nd place David Reitzin, Matt Bridges (tied)
4th place Mahnaz Rostami, Aram Amirghan, Dilhun Akpinar (tied)
