 23 players locked horns tonight.

Breck McCormack was the drawn jackpot and looked strong until he was cut down in the last round by Angelo Voulgaris.

Angelo is off on an extended overseas holiday. We wish him a happy and healthy sojourn.

The giantslayer match was played between last month's ladder leader Adam Makda and challenger Dilhun Akpinar. Dilhun won the match 9-7 resulting in 118 of Adam's points being transferred to Dilhun.

This week we announced two major tournaments that we will be hosting at North Ryde RSL.

The NSW Open runs for two days July 15-16

The Sydney Majors is a new style of tournament which will run over the three days of the October long weekend and will feature, concurrently, a High Stakes ($1000) tournament and several low stakes (from $25) tournaments. So, something for everyone.
