Matt Bridges  was drawn as the jackpot player but was not able to scoop it up - 4^th place does not qualify!

Despite an unscheduled public holiday prompting many to take a long weekend we still managed to rustle up 17 players, including two more newbies – welcome to Peter Serb and Michael Konstantinidis.

 

Peter was drawn as the jackpot player but was not able to scoop  it up on his inaugural night – shame!

We started the night with 16 players, and, as it was the first game of the month, the player of the month was announced. 

 

David Reitzin took top spot but as he was not in attendance, his complimentary playing fee for the night was forfeited.

 

Rafael Chattah was selected as the giant slayer with the opportunity to topple David and relieve him of some  his  points - he accepted the challenge with alacrity!

 

Ali Arfa was picked to be the jackpot player but missed out .

 This must be groundhog week considering that two weeks in a row we had 17 starters and David Reitzin was the bye on each occasion.

 Back up to pre-Covid numbers with 17 players turning up tonight.

Adam Makda was the drawn jackpot player and, although certain he would finally seize the prize, was cut down by our silent assassin, John Symon.

 15 players met in combat tonight, including an overseas visitor, Ali Arfa, who turned out to be tonight's winner.

Mohammad Nejati was tonight's jackpot player but failed in his bid.
